About FleetQuote
FleetQuote is where a UK business starts a fleet insurance enquiry. One set of questions about your vehicles and drivers, passed to a panel of brokers who price fleets for a living.
Who we are
FleetQuote is run by Simply Quote Comparison Ltd, an Introducer Appointed Representative of Seopa Ltd. That status is the whole shape of what we do: we are allowed to introduce an enquiry, and nothing more. We are not an insurer, we are not a broker, and we do not give advice.
It exists because fleet insurance is not sold the way private motor is. A car policy can be priced by a machine in seconds. A fleet usually cannot: an underwriter wants the vehicle schedule, the driver list and the claims experience, and somebody has to read them. The useful thing a website can do is ask the right questions once and put them in front of people who quote fleets every day.
So that is all this is. The enquiry takes about two minutes, it goes to Quotezone, and a broker takes it from there. There is no premium on this site, and there never will be one.
How we work

A private motor form prices one car and one driver. A fleet is rated on the whole schedule: the vehicles, what they carry, who drives them and what has been claimed. Those questions take about two minutes to answer here, and they are the ones a fleet underwriter actually asks.

Most of this site is guides, not forms. They are written to a published standard: sourced rather than guessed, dated when they were last reviewed, and silent where no reliable UK figure exists rather than filling the gap with an invented average.

We introduce enquiries. We do not quote, advise, arrange or recommend, and we do not search every insurer in the UK. Saying so plainly costs a little conversion and saves a lot of disappointment at the point where somebody expects a price and gets a phone call.
How we are paid
Simply Quote Comparison Ltd is paid a commission when an enquiry leads to a policy. Enquiring costs you nothing, and nothing is added to a premium because it came through this site.
We do not rank providers and we do not recommend one, so there is no running order for a fee to influence. If a broker charges its own arrangement or amendment fees, those are theirs to disclose before you buy.

You should not have to take a website's word for who is behind it, so each line links to the register that holds it rather than to our description of it.
Worth saying plainly
FleetQuote does not search every insurer in the UK. Your enquiry reaches the panel Quotezone operates, which is a set of brokers and insurers rather than every firm in the UK fleet market, and not all of them will quote for a given fleet. What you run, who drives it and your claims record decide who is interested.
We do not sell your details on, and marketing from us is a separate choice you can leave unticked. If you want the enquiry deleted, ask and it will be, though the broker who received it holds its own copy under its own privacy notice.
